GamePilot is an autonomous livestreaming kit for youth softball. Park the base station, clip the cameras to the fence, and every family gets a free link — live while it happens, then the replay.
For families
A link, a live game, a replay.
Nothing to install, no account to make, no fee. Grandparents four states away open the same link the dugout parents do.
Live
The stream runs a few seconds behind the pitch. A live badge tells you how far back you are, and one button snaps you to the front.
Replay
When the game ends the link becomes the recording. Scrub back to the at-bat you missed and watch it as many times as you want.
In the kit
Three pieces, one operator.
Everything travels in the truck and sets up before first pitch. No broadcast van, no crew, no field power.

Base station
Rides in the truck and stays there. It takes in every camera, does the encoding once, and pushes a single stream to the cloud over whatever signal the field has.

Cameras on the fence
Pan-tilt-zoom cameras cover the plate and the field, and a phone picks up the angle a fixed camera never gets. They all arrive as live sources.

iPad director
One person in the bleachers taps the angle that should be on air. That tap is what the families see. No laptop, no switcher case, no cables to the stands.

Recordings stay up after the last out. If someone sent you a six-digit game code, the viewer takes it and opens straight into the game.
GamePilot is pre-launch. Games are streamed privately for a single team while the kit is proven out at real fields, so game links come from the team, not from here.
